यांच्याकडील मुळ महसुली प्रकरणे, भुसंपादनाची प्रकरणे हे अभीलेखागार कक्षात खालीलप्रमाणे जतन करुन ठेवली जातात

वरिलप्रमाणे सर्व प्रकरणे गावनिहाय व तालुकानिहाय अभीलेखागारात ठेवले जातात. त्यामधील नक्कल विभागात त्यांच्या मागणीनुसार प्रकरणे नकलेसाठी पुरविली जातात. नक्कल विभाग सबंधित अर्जदार यांना त्यामधील सर्टिफाईड नक्कल देतात व त्यानंतर परत मुळ प्रकरणे अभिलेखागात जमा करतात व सदर प्रकरणे परत गावनिहाय व तालूकानिहाय गठयात ठेवण्यात येतात
